Since 2025, Elizaveta has been helping enable2grow to create clarity and simplicity in HR – transforming chaos into actionable solutions for sustainable growth. 

With a clear strategy and a people-oriented approach, she guides organisations through hands-on change processes. Her versatile HR expertise ensures dynamic leadership in decisive growth phases. Because just like in surfing, in business every wave brings new opportunities and challenges. 

Elizaveta has extensive experience in HR and strategic corporate development, especially in dynamic growth phases. As the founder of BriskEra, she advises companies on developing scalable HR strategies and promotes sustainable growth. As a Senior HR Business Partner, her HR expertise includes the development and implementation of HR-oriented strategies for hybrid working environments, the optimisation of international HR processes and the establishment of a stable legal basis for various employment models – with a focus on a sustainable corporate culture.  

Previously, she was co-founder of FredBase, a SaaS product for simplifying and documenting decision-making processes, and led the software from idea to market launch. In addition to strategic partnerships, she built interdisciplinary teams and developed efficient processes for product development, marketing strategy and investor relations.
