The technical enabler – Jana Bulkin
Jana supports the enable2grow team as an expert in digital business models and emerging technologies. With over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector, particularly in financial services, she combines her expertise from large enterprises with the startup mentality that has inspired her since 2014. She helps businesses implement their innovative ideas sustainably, following a holistic approach – People, Processes, Products.
In the early days of disruptive FinTechs, Jana supported hackathons and became a mentor in several startup accelerator programs. Her commitment to digital transformation and innovative technologies led her to various leadership positions, where she led end-to-end digitalization initiatives and successfully guided her teams to success.
Jana is constantly seeking out new technologies and has successfully implemented projects for the adoption of RPA, IoT, Blockchain, and OpenAPI. As a certified ICF coach, she offers leadership development coaching and helps businesses master their digital transformation.
