Sebastian Lüttringhaus – The Business Performance Partner
Sebastian Lüttringhaus supports clients of enable2grow, CEOs and COOs of B2B scale-ups and SMBs in transforming their company into a well-oiled machine and scaling it efficiently.
Sebastian learned his skills, methods and his pragmatic, results-oriented mindset in management consulting at Porsche Consulting and Bain. In particular, he supported business owners and private equity investors in growth and value enhancement projects. He then became an entrepreneur himself, acquired a stake in a digital agency and helped SMBs to design and implement digital business models.
As part of the leadership team of a fast-growing e-mobility company, he the digitalization of the company, built up several teams, established a B2B e-commerce business model and later helped to integrate the company into a corporate group of companies.
Typical challenges faced by companies that Sebastian was able to support were rapid growth with strategic priorities not clear to every employee, too many parallel initiatives, and structures and processes not being ready, resulting in high inefficiencies and too little speed of execution. Similarly, collapsing sales and competitive pressure with excessive costs and thus the need to become leaner and more responsive quickly.
Scheme of Focus:
Strategy Execution: Implementation of management systems for reliable strategy implementation (e.g. OKR). Lean Acceleration: Optimization of lean end-to-end processes in order processing, service and product development, as well as adaptation of organization and operational management routines.
