Sebastian Schütze leads projects to success – as an economy-oriented lawyer, strategy consultant, speaker and long-standing executive with a diverse background of experience.

His work for McKinsey & Company and BCG focused on advising companies on the implementation of new strategies, namely the introduction of new digital services or the acquisition of shareholdings, but also on reorganization. In the Federal Ministry of Economics Sebastian Schütze organized the introduction of digital transaction processing and communication (“electronic official channels”) and carried out further reorganization projects.

Sebastian Schütze and his team were responsible for all legal issues and strategically important projects in the areas of M&A, investment management, organizational development and public affairs for the idealo online product and price comparison. His negotiating skills in cooperation with service providers ideally enabled him to assert corporate interests in an advantageous manner. In the course of his work for idealo, Sebastian Schütze developed comprehensive knowledge and experience on a wide range of topics relating to digital services and platforms, in particular on the economic, legal and technical requirements of bilateral business models.

With enable2grow’s consulting services, a service group conceives and establishes an online platform and digitizes essential business processes: Sebastian Schütze is responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) and coordinates the relevant – especially legal – interfaces. These diverse project successes enable him quickly and precisely to understand the goals of organizations, analyze their strategy and culture, and successfully realize projects. His interdisciplinary abilities characterize Mr. Schütze: he combines outstanding legal knowledge with profound economic understanding. One of his special competences lies in the effective development and comprehensible communication of complex, legally demanding solutions in an economic context.

In addition, Mr. Schütze, on behalf of enable2grow, was responsible for project management at a corporate publishing company. Its focus was the strategic reorientation to a digital content management company and taking employees and existing customer relationships with them. In the implementation (digital transformation), it was equally important to build up new competences and capacities.
